故障现象：

ThinkPad S1 Yoga 12从Windows 7/8/8.1升级到Windows 10之后，麦克风设备可能出现故障，也无法录音。

S1 Yoga 12

机器配置：

Conexant CX20751 声卡

影响操作系统：

Microsoft Windows 7

解决方案：

1、进入控制面板，点击卸载程序，选择“Conexant HD Audio”，右击卸载程序。

2、卸载声卡驱动之后到<a target="_blank" href="https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptoWindows 10驱动。
